Terms of Service

Your contract is with Vitaleo Naturals SL, trading as Distiq. Rankvia is a product, not a separate legal entity. By creating an account, using a Free Preview, subscribing, or otherwise using the service, you accept these terms. If you act for an organization, you confirm you can bind it.

Rankvia is intended for adults using it for business or professional purposes. Account details must be accurate. You are responsible for protecting login methods, controlling workspace access, and activity performed through your account. Tell us promptly about suspected misuse.

Rankvia analyzes a website you supply or authorize, creates a Business Profile, identifies SEO and AI-search opportunities, organizes eligible opportunities in a Content Calendar, and can generate pages and related assets for review. Google Search Console can add authorized performance data. Optional publishing behavior is available only where the product expressly provides it.

Features can use public website content, search data, AI systems, and third-party integrations. You must review and approve outputs and remain responsible for claims, legal compliance, editorial quality, and any publication or CMS configuration.

You confirm that you own, control, or have authority to submit each website and to let Rankvia crawl and analyze its publicly accessible content. You retain ownership of your content and grant Vitaleo Naturals SL a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transform, and display it as needed to provide, secure, and maintain the service.

AI-assisted analysis and generated pages can be inaccurate, incomplete, duplicated, outdated, or unsuitable. You must review them before use. Rankvia does not guarantee rankings, indexing, traffic, conversions, revenue, citations, inclusion in AI answers, or any commercial outcome. Search engines and AI platforms are outside our control.

A Free Preview provides limited actions for an eligible website. It is not a subscription, does not include continuous Content Calendar generation, and does not automatically include a paid plan. We may restrict repeated, automated, fraudulent, or abusive preview requests using proportionate security controls.

Paid subscriptions are sold per website. A subscription for one website does not cover another website. Current monthly page allowances are:

• Launch: 10 pages per month.
• Growth: 30 pages per month.
• Scale: 60 pages per month.

Current prices and plan details appear in the Pricing section. Unused monthly allowances do not roll over unless the product expressly says otherwise.

Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. You authorize Stripe and Vitaleo Naturals SL to charge applicable plan fees and taxes. Upgrades may take effect promptly with billing adjustments shown in the flow; downgrades are scheduled according to the billing interface and take effect at the stated date. Applicable VAT or other taxes may be added according to law and billing information.

You may cancel through Plan & Billing or the available Stripe billing flow. Cancellation prevents the next renewal and normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. Manual access remains available through that period, while automatic generation is disabled once cancellation is scheduled. Fees already charged are not refunded except where law requires or we expressly agree otherwise.

You must not use Rankvia to:

• break laws, infringe rights, or process content without authority;
• create spam, malware, phishing, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or unlawful content;
• analyze prohibited websites or submit secrets, credentials, payment-card data, or highly sensitive records;
• probe, overload, reverse engineer, bypass limits, or gain unauthorized access to the service;
• misrepresent AI output as verified professional advice.

Vitaleo Naturals SL and its licensors retain the Rankvia software, interfaces, systems, workflows, prompts, designs, documentation, and brands. Subject to these terms and payment, you may use generated output for your business, while recognizing that similar output may be generated for others and that output may not qualify for exclusive rights.

Rankvia depends on hosting, authentication, payment, email, analytics, monitoring, AI, search-data, workflow, and connected-service providers. Their availability and independent terms can affect features. We are not responsible for third-party systems outside our reasonable control.

We may change or discontinue features to improve Rankvia, address security, comply with law, or manage capacity. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, breach, misuse, legal risk, or threats to the service or others. Material term changes will be communicated through an appropriate channel.

Rankvia is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation or a particular result. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vitaleo Naturals SL is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss. Aggregate liability relating to the service is limited to fees paid for the affected Rankvia subscription in the three months before the event, without limiting rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Where legally appropriate, you will indemnify Vitaleo Naturals SLagainst third-party claims caused by your unlawful content, lack of authority, misuse, or breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Subject to mandatory consumer protections, the courts of Barcelona, Spain have jurisdiction. Questions can be sent to info@distiq.ai.
