GOOGLE SEARCH CONSOLE INTEGRATION
Turn Search Console data into better content decisions
Connect Google Search Console so Rankvia can use your existing queries, pages, and search performance as first-party evidence when deciding what to create or improve.
Adds first-party Google search evidence
Helps Rankvia decide what to create or improve
Search Console is optional - Rankvia can plan without it.

FIRST-PARTY SEARCH DATA
Add evidence from how your website already performs in Google
Rankvia already understands your business, website, existing pages, and search opportunities. Connecting Search Console adds first-party evidence from the queries and pages already earning visibility in Google.
Existing queries
See which searches are already generating visibility for your website.
Existing pages
See which pages are already appearing for related search intent.
Search performance
Use impressions and other supported search signals as additional prioritization context.
Together, these signals give Rankvia stronger evidence for deciding what to create and what to improve.
PAGE OWNERSHIP
Know when to create - and when to improve
Search Console can show when an existing page is already earning visibility. Rankvia combines that evidence with its broader website and search analysis to help choose whether to create a new page or improve the existing one.

ADDITIONAL EVIDENCE
Search Console strengthens Rankvia's planning - it doesn't replace it
Rankvia still uses your Business Profile, website, existing pages, search research, and opportunity analysis. Search Console adds first-party evidence from how your site is already performing in Google.

EXISTING CONTENT CALENDAR
Already have a Content Calendar? You stay in control.
When you connect Search Console to a website with an existing Content Calendar, Rankvia can rebuild the plan using the new search evidence - or you can keep your current calendar unchanged.
Regenerate calendar
Rebuild recommendations with Search Console data.
Your current calendar stays in place while regeneration is underway.
Keep current calendar
Use Search Console for future recommendations only.
Rankvia doesn't silently rewrite your existing plan. You choose when to rebuild planning with the additional Search Console evidence.
HOW YOUR DATA IS USED
Use Search Console data for planning - not for changing your Google setup
Rankvia uses Search Console as a read-only source of first-party search evidence for planning. It helps inform page ownership, Create vs Improve decisions, and Content Calendar prioritization without using Search Console to publish content or change your property.
RANKVIA USES SEARCH CONSOLE TO
Understand existing query visibility
See which searches are already generating impressions and visibility for your website.
Identify search-visible pages
Recognize pages that may already serve related search intent.
Strengthen Create vs Improve decisions
Add first-party evidence when deciding whether to create a new page or improve an existing one.
Prioritize Content Calendar opportunities
Use search performance as another signal alongside Rankvia's broader planning inputs.
RANKVIA DOES NOT USE SEARCH CONSOLE TO
- Publish or edit website content
- Modify your Search Console property
- Change Google Search settings
- Replace Rankvia's broader planning research
Search Console is used as evidence, not as a publishing or configuration channel.
WEBSITE-SPECIFIC
Connect Search Console to the right website
Rankvia uses Search Console data in the context of the website you're managing. During setup, select the property that corresponds to that website.
Your Search Console evidence stays associated with the Rankvia website you're planning for.
View connection instructionsFrequently asked questions
Do I need Google Search Console to use Rankvia?
No. Rankvia can build a Content Calendar without Search Console. Connecting it adds first-party search-performance evidence to planning for the website you select.
What Search Console data does Rankvia use?
Rankvia can use the connected website's existing queries, pages, impressions, and search performance as additional evidence when planning what to create or improve.
Which Search Console property should I connect?
Select the domain or URL-prefix property that matches the Rankvia website you are working on. Search Console access and planning are website-specific.
Can I change the connected property later?
Yes. Disconnect Search Console, then reconnect the Google account and select the property that matches the Rankvia website you are managing.
What happens if I disconnect Search Console?
Rankvia stops using Search Console evidence for that website until you reconnect and select a property again. Your existing Content Calendar remains available.
Does Search Console replace Rankvia's other planning inputs?
No. Search Console is additional first-party evidence alongside the Business Profile, existing pages, buyer intent, and current search evidence.
Does Rankvia write anything to Google Search Console?
Rankvia uses Search Console as a source of planning evidence. It does not use the connection to publish or edit content in Google Search Console.
What if the correct property is not available?
Check that the Google account used during authorization has access to the property for the same website you manage in Rankvia, then reconnect and select the matching property.
Turn your existing search data into your next content opportunities.
Enter your website and let Rankvia build a personalized search growth plan. Connect Search Console when you're ready to add your site's own performance data.
