Move to a higher Rankvia plan through the Shopify-managed billing flow.
Downgrade
A downgrade can be scheduled for the end of the current billing period. Until then, Rankvia keeps the active higher plan available and shows the upcoming change.
Cancel
Cancellation follows the Shopify-managed subscription lifecycle.

Yes. Keep generated content in Rankvia until you are ready to review and publish it.
Can Rankvia publish automatically?
Yes. Automatic publishing is opt-in. When it is enabled and Shopify is the selected automatic destination, eligible scheduled content can publish without a separate manual step.
Can Rankvia publish articles as drafts?
Yes. Shopify articles and pages can be saved as drafts, or published live when that is the selected publication state.
How does billing work through Shopify?
Shopify-originated subscriptions use Shopify-managed billing. Existing Rankvia subscriptions keep their existing billing provider.
What happens if I downgrade my plan?
A scheduled Shopify plan change keeps the current plan active until the change takes effect; Rankvia can show both the current plan and the upcoming change.
What happens if I uninstall Rankvia?
Shopify publishing access is disconnected while Rankvia retains publication history. Reinstalling the same store reconciles its existing publishing destination.
