Publish Rankvia pages to WordPress

Connect WordPress to publish generated Rankvia pages directly to your website. You can review each page before publishing or enable automatic publishing for scheduled content.

Supports: WordPress.com · Self-hosted WordPress

New to the WordPress integration?

Start with the connection guide. Rankvia supports both WordPress.com and self-hosted WordPress, but the connection method differs.

How WordPress publishing works

  1. Page ready in Rankvia
  2. WordPress
  3. Published

Once a generated page is ready, Rankvia uses the publishing settings for that website to determine whether the page waits for your review or continues through automatic publishing.

Review before publishing

The generated page remains available for review. You can check or edit it and publish when you're ready.

Automatic publishing

When automatic publishing is enabled, eligible scheduled pages can continue to WordPress without a separate manual publishing step.

Publishing workflowWhat happens
Review before publishingRankvia waits for you to review and publish the finished page.
Automatic publishingEligible scheduled pages can continue to WordPress automatically when the configured workflow allows it.

Open the website's publishing or integration settings in Rankvia to choose the WordPress connection and publishing workflow that applies to that website.

After a page is published

Rankvia sends the approved page to the connected WordPress destination. Open the resulting WordPress page to confirm the page, URL, and publication state are correct.

If publishing does not complete, check WordPress directly for a newly created page before retrying so you do not create duplicates.

Reconnecting or changing WordPress

Before reconnecting, confirm that you selected the WordPress site that matches the Rankvia website and that the account still has the required publishing access. Reconnect only after checking the selected site and account.

If you need to use a different WordPress site, connect the destination that matches the Rankvia website you are working on before publishing another page.
